Invoicing of Finished Goods
All prices are listed in GBP £ and are subject to VAT. Payment should be made within your agreed term period from the date of invoice. We retain title and ownership of all goods until they have been paid for in full. IFL reserve the right to raise invoices against any purchase order placed for collection which is not collected in accordance with the agreed collection date.

Lead Times
Lead times may vary depending on the fabric choice and availability. We will acknowledge customer orders with a projected delivery date. Orders that are missing any required details will not be confirmed until all details are present.

Specification
Dimensions of our products are approximate and, although every care is taken in ensuring accuracy, we cannot be held responsible for variations. We reserve the right to make, without notice, any changes to the materials, specifications and design of the products which we consider to be reasonable or desirable. Such changes shall not affect the validity of the contract. We reserve the right to amend or change the pricing structure within this publication.
Due to the characteristics of some fabrics, the final appearance and finish of a product may be adversely affected by the fabric specified. Where a material specified for a product may have properties that do not meet the necessary requirements, our customer support team will contact you regarding any potential issues. If you decide to proceed with the fabric, we cannot be held responsible for issues directly relating to the fabric.

Warranty
We warrant that our in-house manufactured products are free from manufacturing defects in the materials or workmanship for a period of five years, subject to the products being used for the purpose for which they have been designed.
Exclusions to this warranty include, but are not limited to, deterioration or failure due to normal wear or tear, variation in natural materials, other manufacturers’ products supplied by us, and furniture that has been reconfigured by personnel other than those approved by us.
